Safe Express Packers and Movers are delighted to accommodate your visit! If you decide to use the services we provide and accept the services we offer, you accept the following terms and conditions. Make sure you review these terms attentively. Don’t use our services when the terms do not make sense to you.

Definitions

When we use the terms “We,” us,” or “Our,” we refer to Safe Express Packers and Movers.

“You” your” refer to a customer who uses our services.

“Services” specifically refers to the moving and packing services offered by Safe Express Packers and Movers.

Our Services

Safe Express Packers and Movers is a company that offers numerous services, including packing, moving and storage. Commercial and residential customers are invited to use our services.

Bookings

Book: Contact us via email or by phone to reserve services. Reservations can be changed at any time.

Scheduling Should you have to modify or change your reservation, you must contact us at minimum 48 hours prior to the reservation. If you do not cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your reservation, you may be charged a charge.

Terms of Payment

Costs: Our fees will be disclosed when you make your making the reservation. All charges are tax-exempt according to the law.

Payment: Payments may be paid with a credit card or debit card. A full payment is required prior to or during the service.

Returns: Refunds for cancellations or issues with service will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Liability and Assurance

Safe Express Packers and Movers We take care of your belongings with care We are not responsible for any loss or damage that result from them. The only exception to this is when the cause can be proven to be caused by our carelessness.

The Customer’s Responsibilities

Packaging If packing is performed by you, make sure the items you pack are correctly packaged and labeled. We will not be held accountable for damage to the items you pack.

Valued Items: Every valuable item should be recorded. Anything of great value must be given to the person who transports it in the event of need.

Unloading and loading: Be sure you can gain access to your property using an access point that is secure access point to your property. Inform us of the parking requirements or problems that affect access.

Prohibited Articles

We do not transport hazardous or perishable items, or illegal items such as animal or plant material. If you are able to locate your possessions aren’t safe, your possession, we’ll remove them and take them back at your expense.

Claims

Claims All claims need to be reported within seven days of the claim’s completion. We will get all necessary information and documents.

Resolution of conflicts If the conflict is resolved it is suggested to call us immediately to resolve the issue. If there isn’t a solution then you may submit the dispute to arbitration or mediation.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Safe Express Packers and Movers reserve the right at any time, to amend or modify these conditions and terms at anytime. Any changes we make be effective immediately and be published to our site. If you access the service after the publication of the changes, you are considered to be accepting the modifications. You have accepted the changes.

Governing Law

The conditions and terms are defined and enforced by the laws of India. Any dispute that arises out of or in connection with the agreement is solely the authority by the Bangalore Courts in India.
